• Deposit of $25 per person (per 2 hour blocks?)
• Sunday – Thursday FREE room hire * (conditions apply)
• Friday – Saturday $15 per hour room hire (minimum 2 hours) * (conditions apply)
• Minimum patronage Friday – Saturday Night 4 persons in Pure Blonde and VB rooms,
and minimum of 6 persons in Cougar room |

| • Waiter will be provided for food and other beverages not
supplied in Pool Rooms, and to assist in beer pouring |
| Prices |
| • All prices for food and beverages will be charged at price
list advertised in Pool Rooms |
| Smoking |
• No smoking is permitted in Pool Rooms
• Smoking permitted
on outside balconies adjoining Pool Rooms |
| Security |
• Pool Rooms are under constant video surveillance
• Our staff
will monitor Patron Service, Intoxicated patrons will be asked
to leave immediately, anyone serving an intoxicated patron the
whole group will asked to leave
• Cross Keys Hotel reserves the
right without liability to exclude or eject any or all objectionable
persons from the premises |
| Client Responsibility |
• The client is required to inform all relevant persons involved
in the function, of Cross Keys Hotel Terms and Conditions
• Clients
are financial responsible for any damage sustained to the Pool
Room fittings, property or equipment by clients and their guests
during function |
| Account & Payment |
| • On completion of your room hire, a Pool Room attendant will
itemise the consumption during your stay with us and charge used
items to your account, on agreement signed by customer |
| * If the advent No Bar usage required in Pool Room, a $30 per
hour Room Hire will be charged applicable Monday - Sunday |
