Lunch service runs from 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM and Dinner service runs from 5:30 PM until 8:30 PM.

  • Yes, you are absolutely welcome to bring a birthday cake to a booking in the Cross Keys Hotel Bistro. We do not supply birthday cakes, however we do have a range of desserts and small individual cakes.

    A birthday cake is the only external food or beverage permitted in the venue.

    There is no surcharge to bring a cake, and our staff at the Cross Keys Hotel will supply you with the kinife, plates and cutlery!

  • Yes, we do!

    Our Sportsbar has over 28 screens all dedicated to showing live sports wherever they are in the world! If you’re wanting to watch something in particular, please let our friendly staff know and we will gladly put it on for you.

  • Please inform our Friendly Staff at the Cross Keys Hotel of any dietary requirements or allergies whilst ordering.

    Whilst we do try our best to accommodate to any dietary requirements or allergies, dishes may contain traces of gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs and other common allergens.

    Our Chefs and Staff will also be able to help suggest a meal or substitutes to suit you dietary requirements. Our Menu for the Cross Keys Hotel also has a key to show which dishes are already allergen friendly.

  • Any children under the age of 18 years old are allowed in the venue but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

    As we are a licensed venue for liquor and gambling, there are some areas in our Sports bar where children under 18 years are not allowed. These are clearly signed for your convenience.

    Any children under the age of 18 years old are not allowed in the Sports bar after 11pm.

    Any children under the age of 18 years old are allowed in the function rooms for the entirety of the event but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • If you have seating or table requests, please let our staff know as you are making your booking. Whether is via the phone or through OpenTable, by putting those requests in at the time of booking is extremely helpful to our staff.

    Some types of requests we can cater for include, large tables, wheelchair access, no stairs, highchairs, close to the kids room.

    If you have a specific table or area you would like to be seated, please book in advance. We will always try to accommodate booking requests wherever possible.

  • Yes, to our Bistro, Sports Bar and Gaming area, there is disabled access and a wheelchair lift. This Lift is only accessible to those over 18
